Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE
- Hands-on expertise in Drools Rule Engine
- Experience with JBPM
- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Experience integrating with RESTful Web Services
- Knowledge of business rules management and workflow automation
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop business rules using Drools
- Analyze requirements and document business rules
- Develop and maintain rule repositories and rule execution services
- Build and integrate rules with applications and service layers
- Design and implement workflow solutions using Drools and jBPM
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Create well-designed, testable, and effective code
- Estimate efforts and support project planning activities
- Perform unit testing and support UAT/production deployments
- Troubleshoot and optimize rule performance
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services domains
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
