Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and professional Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for management, employees, clients, and official business requirements. The candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, maintain the assigned vehicle properly, and demonstrate qualified conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive company/management vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Provide transportation to senior management, employees, clients, and visitors as required.
- Pick up and drop employees/management as per scheduled requirements.
- Drive to project sites, offices, meetings, airports, hotels, and other business locations.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
- Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, and other basic vehicle requirements.
- Coordinate with the Admin/HR team regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain records of fuel, mileage, servicing, and other vehicle-related expenses.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding management, employees, clients, and company-related information.




- Assist with basic office/administrative errands when required.
- Report any accident, vehicle damage, traffic violation, or maintenance issue immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid LMV Driving Licence.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate/real estate environment.
- Good knowledge of Gurugram, Delhi NCR, and nearby routes.
- Clean and safe driving record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
- Ability to handle senior management and clients professionally.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per business requirements.

Preferred
- Previous experience as a Corporate Driver / Management Driver.
- Familiarity with GPS/navigation applications such as Google Maps.
- Experience handling premium/senior-management vehicles.
- Knowledge of NCR routes and major business/real estate locations.
