Job Purpose The Draftsman is responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining accurate architectural and construction drawings for the company’s real estate projects. The role involves coordination with architects, engineers, consultants and site teams to ensure that drawings are technically accurate, properly documented and aligned with approved designs and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.

- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts and detailed working drawings.

- Prepare and update GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings for site execution.

- Prepare approval, sanction and submission drawings as required.

- Revise drawings based on inputs and changes received from architects, consultants, project teams and management.

- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings and highlight discrepancies before execution.

- Prepare detailed drawings for doors, windows, staircases, toilets, kitchens, flooring and other architectural elements.

- Prepare and maintain area statements, schedules and drawing-related documentation.

- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to resolve drawing-related queries.

- Conduct site visits, as required, for measurements, verification and coordination of drawings with actual site conditions.

- Maintain proper drawing registers,



revision history and approved drawing records.

- Ensure that the latest approved drawings are communicated and made available to relevant project and site teams.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely completion of drawings as per project requirements.

- Provide drafting and documentation support to the Architecture and Projects teams.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Draftsmanship or a related field.

- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

- Experience with a real estate developer, construction company or architectural consultancy preferred.

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD – Mandatory.

- Working knowledge of relevant real estate and architectural drafting/design software, sketch-up ,3D max

- Knowledge of MOEF, Revit, Sketch Up or similar software preferred.

- Good understanding of architectural, structural and construction drawings.

- Ability to read and coordinate MEP and structural drawings.

- Knowledge of working drawings, GFC drawings and approval drawings.

- Understanding of residential and commercial real estate construction practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
