We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, AWS, SQL, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, designing scalable applications, solving complex technical problems, and mentoring the development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using C# and .NET Core.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
- Work with AWS cloud services to build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, database schemas, and data access layers.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Apply Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex engineering and performance-related problems.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and help improve team engineering practices.




- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Required Technical Skills

- 8–12 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#.
- Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Good experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development.
- Experience developing REST APIs / Web APIs.
- Robust understanding of software design patterns and clean coding practices.
- Experience with Git and standard software development practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
- Experience with performance tuning and application optimization.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
