Role Description This is a full time, on-site Domestic IT Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Domestic IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking system. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and align hiring strategies with business needs. Additional responsibilities include negotiating offers, supporting onboarding, maintaining recruitment reports and metrics,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of IT recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation for domestic (India-based) roles.
- Hands-on experience using job portals, LinkedIn, social media channels, and internal databases to identify and engage qualified IT professionals.
- Ability to understand and discuss common IT skillsets and technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, enterprise applications, data analytics tools) with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment dashboards, and reports to track hiring progress and performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Solid negotiation and offer management skills, including discussing compensation, benefits, and joining timelines in a professional and transparent manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience as a domestic IT recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HR policies, standard recruitment compliance practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and data privacy.
- High level of initiative, accountability
