- 8–10 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant n
- Hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA (at least one full-cycle project)n
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processesn
- Experience in Sales Order processing , including order types and item categoriesn
- Strong knowledge of Pricing procedures , condition techniques, and outputsn
- Experience in Delivery, Shipping, and Billing processesn
- Positive understanding of Output Management (BRF+ preferred)n
- Solid knowledge of Business Partner (BP) and customer master data in S/4HANAn
- Experience working with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain business teamsn
- Strong understanding of SD integration with FI and MM n
- Exposure to interfaces and integrations (IDoc / API awareness)n
- Experience supporting UAT, business testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization n
- Valuable documentation and communication skillsn

- Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP SD modulen
- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide SAP SD solutionsn
- Map client business processes and requirements to SAP SD configurationsn
- Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD functionalitiesn
- Identify gaps, issues, and propose effective workaround solutionsn
- Act as a liaison with business users for issue analysis and resolutionn
- Support high-priority issues, including urgent fixes and transportsn
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentationn
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification n
- Provide support for new implementations, rollouts, and support projects n
- Work independently and mentor junior team members when requiredn
