V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for experienced senior Buying & Merchandising leaders to lead our Men's, Ladies, and Kids divisions at our Head Office in Gurugram .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the overall buying strategy, category vision and commercial performance of the respective division.
• Own divisional P&L;, revenue, gross margin, sell-through and stock productivity .
• Drive OTB planning, range architecture, assortment planning and category strategy .
• Lead vendor strategy, sourcing partnerships and commercial negotiations .
- Identify market trends, consumer preferences and competitor movements to build commercially successful ranges.
• Drive private-label / in-house brand development and product strategy.
• Lead and develop teams of Assistant Division Heads, Sub-Division Heads/Managers, Buyers, PO Officers and Category Planners .
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations,
Visual Merchandising and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for professionals with:
• 12–18 years of experience in Buying & Merchandising within fashion/apparel retail.
• 4–5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing large teams.
• Strong experience in P&L; ownership, OTB, range planning, vendor management and commercial negotiations .
• Experience handling multi-category and multi-store retail operations .
- Solid analytical, commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in value / mid-market fashion retail will be preferred.
• Exposure to private labels, Tier 2/Tier 3 markets and Indian fashion retail will be an advantage.
