We are looking for a DM Sales Executive to connect with potential customers through Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms and convert conversations into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through DMs and messages.
- Respond to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and answer basic questions.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Convert interested prospects into customers.
- Maintain basic records of leads and conversations.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Requirements:
- 6 months relevant full-time experience OR 2 years freelance/unofficial experience.
- Experience in DM sales, social media sales, online sales or chat-based sales.
- Good written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through social media.
- Sales-oriented and confident in handling conversations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
