The Distribution Staff is responsible for handling the movement, storage, and delivery of goods from the warehouse to customers or retail outlets. This role ensures timely and accurate distribution while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, load, and unload goods in the warehouse or distribution center Sort, pack, and prepare products for dispatch Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of shipments Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations Deliver goods to customers or outlets (if required) Track inventory movement and report discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution area Follow safety guidelines and company policies during handling and transportation Assist in stock counting and inventory audits Required Skills &

Qualifications: Minimum qualification:



10th / 12th / Diploma Basic knowledge of warehouse or logistics operations Positive physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items Basic communication skills Ability to work in a team and follow instructions Time management and punctuality Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations Basic computer knowledge (for inventory systems) Valid driving license (if delivery is part of the role) Work Environment: Warehouse / Distribution Center / Field Delivery May require shift work, including weekends Salary &
