Position: Dispatch / Logistics Executive

Location: Chandapur Village, Hathnoor Mandal, Sangareddy District, Telangana – 502296

Experience: 4–5 Years

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Corrugated Packaging, Paper Industry.

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods while maintaining proper documentation and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer schedules.

· Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.

· Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.

· Track shipments and update customers/internal teams on delivery status.

· Maintain dispatch records, vehicle movement logs, and POD (Proof of Delivery) documents.

· Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Sales teams for smooth material movement.

· Ensure proper loading, unloading, and packaging of materials.





· Monitor freight costs and transporter performance.

· Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues promptly.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

· Knowledge of dispatch documentation, e-way bills, and transportation processes.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

· Positive communication and coordination skills.
