Dispatch Executive Location: Sanjay Fresh Bake, Acharpura, Bhopal Department: Dispatch Reporting To: Dispatch / Mangement Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify daily dispatches as per orders. Ensure correct product, quantity, batch and expiry/FIFO before loading. Prepare invoices, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales team and transporters. Ensure proper loading and timely dispatch of goods. Maintain daily dispatch records and report shortages, damages or discrepancies. Follow FIFO/FEFO and maintain proper dispatch discipline.
Coordinate with drivers and distributors regarding delivery schedules.
Candidate Profile Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG/bakery/warehouse dispatch preferred. Valuable knowledge of Excel and basic computer operations . Good communication and coordination skills. Must be responsible, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
