Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nasik, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic direction. The Director will lead manufacturing and production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety practices, and delivery timelines. This role involves managing key customer relationships, driving business development, and identifying current market opportunities within the plastic injection moulding sector.





The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, control costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, resource planning, talent development, and maintaining compliance with industry certifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in plastic injection moulding, tooling, or component production.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, and related compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or director-level role in an industrial or automotive supply chain environment is highly beneficial.
