Role Description The Director Admissions is a full-time, on-site role based at Vikrant University in Gwalior. This role oversees the entire admissions cycle, including planning and executing enrollment strategies, supervising the admissions team, and ensuring effective and transparent processes for prospective students. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing student inquiries, coordinating outreach and recruiting activities, conducting information sessions, and maintaining strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.

The Director

Admissions will collaborate with academic and administrative departments to align admissions targets with institutional goals, monitor admissions data, and prepare regular reports on applications, conversions,



and enrollment trends. The role also involves oversight of student financial aid processes related to admissions, ensuring accurate communication of policies, and promoting a positive, student-centered experience from first contact through enrollment.
