About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Training Specialist to train, guide, and mentor candidates in Computer Applications, Graphic Designing, and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge and the ability to deliver clear, practical, and industry-relevant training.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Train and guide candidates in Computer Applications, Graphic Designing, and Digital Marketing.

-Deliver structured training sessions based on organizational requirements.

-Explain concepts, tools, and techniques in a simple and practical manner.

-Provide hands-on training on relevant software, digital tools, and online platforms.

-Guide candidates in practical tasks, assignments, projects, and digital activities.

-Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.

-Demonstrate real-world applications of Graphic Designing and Digital Marketing concepts.

-Monitor candidates' learning progress and practical performance.

-Conduct assessments and skill-based activities.

-Provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.

-Support candidates in developing job-oriented and industry-relevant digital skills.

-Resolve candidates' queries and provide one-to-one guidance when required.





-Keep training content updated with current digital tools, platforms, trends, and industry practices.

-Maintain training records, assessment results, and candidate progress reports.

-Coordinate with the internal team regarding training schedules, requirements, and candidate progress.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

-Relevant Diploma, Certification, or Professional Course in the respective field will also be considered.

-2–3 years of relevant experience in training, teaching, Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, or Computer Applications.

-Strong practical knowledge of Computer Applications, Graphic Designing, and Digital Marketing.

-Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.

-Strong communication and presentation skills.

-Good mentoring and candidate-handling skills.

-Ability to explain concepts clearly and provide practical guidance.

-Creative, adaptable, and willing to learn new digital tools and technologies.
