We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Digital Sales team. The role will focus on driving home loan business growth through Digital Lending Applications (DLA), Fintech partnerships, and other online acquisition channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong partner management skills, digital sales expertise, and a proven track record of business generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow business through DLA, Fintech, and online channel partners.
- Onboard current digital partners and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Drive lead generation, loan sourcing, and business conversion through digital channels.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Analyze sales MIS, conversion ratios, and channel productivity.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase digital business volumes.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners and resolve operational issues.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in digital lending.
