nKey Responsibilities:
n- Gather insights for business visions, goals and end users through discovery workshops with stakeholders
n- Conduct user research to identify the pain points, aspirations and challenges of end users
n- Define persona, journey maps and storyboards to identify, communicate and priorities the chance areas which leads to creation of a product or a MVP (minimum viable product)
n- Engages team and cross-functional stakeholders to make them understand user’s needs and guide the team in the creation of thoughtful interactive solutions
n- Ideate about product’s main characteristics, functionalities, features and analyse steps of user interaction though user flows
n- Leads the prototyping of product, always ensuring the usability of the products and their alignment with customers' needs
n- Host usability testing sessions with end users to identify and improve the gaps in final designs before shipping them for development
n- Enable development team and stakeholders to create user centred solution in less time, effort and iteration
n- Leverage AI to augment every phase of the design process and design deliverables

nQualifications:
nBachelors or Masters of Design (B. Des. Or M. Des.) in Digital Design, Digital Product Design, User Experience Design, or User Interaction Design
