Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase online visibility, website traffic, leads, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, social media, Google Ads, and website analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Monitor and improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage digital content for websites, blogs, social media, and other online platforms.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.




- Work closely with the design, content, sales, and development teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Basic to strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Positive understanding of website analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
