About the RolenWe are looking for a Senior Footwear Designer – Product & Mould Development who can take a footwear concept from a blank sheet of paper to a production-ready commercial product .
nThis is not a purely creative/design role.
nThe ideal candidate should understand the complete footwear development process — concept → design → last → upper → outsole → mould/tooling → prototype → sampling → corrections → final production .
nYou will work closely with our founders, product, sourcing, merchandising and manufacturing teams to create differentiated footwear products specifically for Bacca Bucci.
nThe person should be equally comfortable discussing design, construction, materials, moulds, tooling, costing and manufacturing .
