Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and driving quality leads through multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and social media platforms.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads, including budget planning, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Develop and manage social media strategies, content planning, and engagement activities.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to improve conversion rates and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools,



and algorithms.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Understanding of email marketing, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Certifications:

- Google Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
- Meta (Facebook Blueprint) Certification
- Any recognized Digital Marketing Certification from a reputed institute

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in agency or performance-driven environments.
- Knowledge of content marketing and basic graphic/video coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
