Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute Eternell’s digital marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement in the holistic longevity space. This full-time, in office role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates involves planning and running online campaigns across social media, search, and other digital channels; optimizing content and creatives for target audiences; and maintaining a consistent brand voice aligned with Eternell’s mission.

The specialist will monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools, generate insights,



and prepare regular reports to inform marketing strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, coordinating with internal teams to develop digital content, overseeing paid advertising, and ensuring a data-driven approach to audience targeting and conversion. The role also includes staying updated on digital marketing trends in health-tech and proactively suggesting new tactics to enhance reach and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track metrics, analyze user behavior, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in health-tech, wellness, or related industries is an advantage; familiarity with longevity, preventive care, or integrative health is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Comfort with marketing automation platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and basic content management systems is beneficial.
