Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies across social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and other online channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and content calendar.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Develop landing pages and optimize campaigns for better conversion.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
- Analyze website, social media, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing performance reports.




- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion.
- Identify new digital channels and innovative strategies for lead generation.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and industry trends.
- Manage online brand presence and ensure consistent communication across platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Lead Generation / Performance Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, EPC, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
