Copper Bottomed Realty is a growing real-estate company focused on premium and luxury residential properties and building long-term relationships with high-value clients.

We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our online presence and help generate qualified real-estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence.
- Create engaging content around luxury properties, real estate and lifestyle.
- Plan and execute Instagram Reels, posts, stories and campaigns.
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation.
- Manage Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns as required.
- Generate and improve the quality of real-estate leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions and ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaigns.
- Research competitors, market trends and successful real-estate content.
- Use Canva and other content-creation/AI tools to create marketing creatives.
- Assist with website/landing-page content and basic SEO.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.

What We Are Looking For




- Good understanding of Meta Ads and digital lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Ability to create engaging Reels and social-media content.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO and analytics.
- Valuable copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of premium/luxury branding.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make improvements.
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut and AI tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Real-estate marketing
- Luxury brands
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Performance marketing
- Social-media marketing
- High-ticket products/services

Important This is a hands-on role.

We are looking for someone who can plan → create → advertise → generate leads → analyze results → improve campaigns, rather than someone who only manages social-media posts.
