Job Objective The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing activities for the company's Facility Management and Pest Control services. The objective is to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, improve website rankings, and support the Business Development team in converting digital leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities1. SEO & Website Management

- Manage SEO for both Facility Management and Pest Control websites.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve website rankings for targeted commercial keywords.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues.
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic on a weekly/monthly basis.

1. Lead Generation

- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through digital marketing channels.
- Develop campaigns for:
- Facility Management
- Housekeeping Services
- Security Services
- Technical/Engineering Services
- Commercial Pest Control
- Termite Control
- Rodent Control
- Cockroach Control
- AMC Pest Control
- Track lead source, lead quality, enquiry status, and conversion.
- Coordinate with BDM, BDE, Business Support and Telecalling teams for lead follow-up.

1. Google Ads & Paid Marketing

- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead and campaign ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on lead quality and conversion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly paid advertising performance reports.

1. Social Media Marketing

- Manage company social media platforms.
- Create and publish professional content related to IFM and Pest Control services.




- Plan monthly content calendars.
- Develop posts, reels, service awareness content, customer testimonials and project updates.
- Monitor engagement, enquiries and social media leads.

1. Content Marketing

- Prepare blogs, service pages, case studies and promotional content.
- Develop content targeting facility managers, HR/Admin teams, property managers, commercial establishments and residential customers.
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with business objectives.

1. Local SEO

- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Improve local search visibility for Bangalore and other target locations.
- Monitor Google reviews and online reputation.
- Increase calls, website visits and enquiries from local searches.

1. Analytics & Reporting

Maintain a daily/weekly/monthly Digital Marketing MIS covering:
- Leads generated
- Qualified leads
- Website enquiries
- Google Ads leads
- Organic leads
- Social media leads
- Cost per lead
- Website traffic
- Keyword ranking
- SEO performance
- Conversion status
- Campaign performance
- Lead-to-business conversion

1. Coordination With Sales Team

- Share daily digital leads with BDM/BDE/Business Support teams.
- Monitor whether leads are being contacted and followed up.
- Identify high-value opportunities for the sales team.
- Analyse which campaigns generate actual business, not just enquiries.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Experience in Facility Management, Pest Control, B2B Services, Real Estate, Construction, or other service industries is preferred.

- Meet assigned monthly KPIs and targets.
