Digital Marketing Mentor

About the Role

We are looking for a Student-Friendly Digital Marketing Mentor who can guide, train, and support students throughout their learning journey. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of AI-integrated digital marketing and be familiar with the complete course curriculum, tools, strategies, and latest industry trends.

The mentor will be responsible for helping students understand concepts practically, complete assignments and projects, build portfolios, and gain confidence in applying digital marketing skills in real-world situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide students throughout the AI Integrated Digital Marketing course.
- Have a strong understanding of all major digital marketing modules, including:
- AI Tools & AI-Powered Marketing
- Canva & AI-Based Design
- Website Development & Management
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads / PPC
- Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing
- Social Media Management
- Google Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Lead Generation
- Email Marketing
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Portfolio Development
- Explain concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner.
- Assist students with assignments, practical tasks, live projects, and portfolio development.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback.
- Encourage students to actively participate in practical activities and discussions.
- Help students troubleshoot problems related to digital marketing tools and campaigns.
- Keep students updated with the latest AI tools, marketing techniques, platforms, and industry trends.
- Support students during real-client projects and practical assignments.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual guidance when required.




- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding student performance and academic progress.
- Help students develop job-ready skills and confidence for interviews and professional environments.

Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing and AI-integrated marketing.
- Good understanding of the complete digital marketing funnel and major marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with the latest AI tools used in content creation, design, SEO, advertising, analytics, and automation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work with students from different skill levels.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, training, mentoring, or agency environments will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have worked on real client projects are preferred.

Preferred Experience 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, AI Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Freshers with strong practical knowledge and excellent communication/mentoring skills may also be considered.

Key Objective To help students transform digital marketing knowledge into practical, industry-ready skills through continuous mentoring, guidance, and real-world learning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
