About the Role: We are actively hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online marketing, lead generation, and brand visibility efforts. In addition to core marketing duties, this role involves managing basic internal IT operations and website maintenance under the direct guidance of the Team Lead (TL).

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Social Media & SEO: Manage the company’s social media presence, execute lead generation campaigns, and perform on-page/off-page SEO to improve organic rankings.
- Analytics: Analyze daily/weekly campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads Manager to maximize ROI.
- IT & Website Management (Guided by TL): Handle basic website updates, CMS management (e.g., WordPress), and domain/hosting renewals.
- Tech Coordination: Provide basic internal IT support for daily office operations, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and coordinate with external developers or tech vendors when necessary.
- Design:



Develop basic ad copies and visual creatives (experience with Canva is highly preferred).

Candidate Requirements:

- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to run Google and Meta ad campaigns and manage social media channels.
- Basic understanding of website maintenance, general IT troubleshooting, and working with CMS platforms.
- Ability to follow technical guidelines and execute IT-related tasks as assigned by the TL.
- Must be residing in or willing to commute daily to our Delhi office.
