The Vision Sports is looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and online growth initiatives.

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary (CTC): ₹21,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate and manage digital leads for admissions and programs
- Monitor CPL, conversion rates, campaign performance and ROI/ROAS
- Manage SEO and website visibility
- Conduct keyword research and support website optimisation
- Plan digital campaigns for admissions, events, camps and new programs
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators
- Analyse social media and advertising performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports




- Develop strategies to improve online brand visibility and lead generation

- Experience in Sports, Education, Fitness or similar industries will be an advantage
