About the Role

Beacon Trusteeship Limited is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing, content, brand communication and digital strategy across the Beacon Group. The role will manage multiple B2B financial-services brands and work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and content calendars across group entities.
- Create and manage LinkedIn, website, email, newsletter and YouTube content.
- Write articles, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, press notes and leadership content.
- Manage SEO, keyword research, website content and analytics.
- Lead the in-house design team and manage external creative, video and PR vendors.
- Support conferences, webinars, events and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Track and report digital performance, engagement, inbound enquiries and search visibility.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity for content,



research and marketing execution.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing; agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong English writing and content creation skills.
- Experience in B2B, BFSI or financial services marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe, Figma and video editing tools.
- Experience managing a team and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and skilled audience communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field.
