Digital Marketing Executive – Cafe Durga & Kallol Cafe
We are looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive (Male/Female) to handle the online presence and digital marketing activities of Cafe Durga & Kallol Cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook and other social media pages.
- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts and Promotions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for both cafes.
- Create promotional content for new menu items, offers, events and special occasions.
- Coordinate with the cafe team to capture photos and videos of food, beverages and cafe ambience.
- Develop creative ideas to increase customer engagement and reach.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for both cafes.
- Respond to customer comments, messages and online reviews professionally.
- Monitor social media insights, reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) when required.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Maintain consistent branding and online presence for both Cafe Durga and Kallol Cafe.
- Research current social media trends, viral content and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotional offers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of Reels, Stories, content creation and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic/video editing tools is preferred.
- Valuable photography/videography skills using a smartphone will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage social media independently and consistently.
- Knowledge of basic analytics and performance reporting.
- Responsible, proactive and target-oriented.
