Your Job
- Find your own content angles and ideas. We give you the playbook. You execute
- Create LinkedIn content about hiring, resumes, interviews, job search
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns and track what works
- Write and send email campaigns to job seekers and HR teams
- Test different content and messages, see what resonates
- Report on results and help us figure out what to do next
- Learn the hiring/career space. Get genuinely good at it
You'll try different areas. After a few weeks, you'll know which one you're best at.
We're Looking For
- Passionate about the hiring and career space.
You actually care about the problems people face in job search or hiring
- You write clearly
- You can find your own ideas and angles, not just execute ours
- 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, remote
- Your own PC/laptop setup
Experience is nice. Domain passion and initiative matter more.
Real Details
- Unpaid. You build a portfolio and learn the job
- You'll own projects from day one, not just help out
- If you're positive and stick around 4+ months, we'll pay you
- 3-6 months depending on how you perform
