Job Summary

SKA Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented digital marketing head to lead digital marketing strategies, strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive sales growth for its real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Drive qualified leads and optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, website optimization, and online reputation management.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for project launches, brand promotions, and property sales.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, agencies, and external vendors.
- Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversions.




- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in managing digital marketing budgets, teams, and multiple campaigns.
- Solid analytical, strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Location
- Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in real estate developers or property development companies.
