We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and support the company's digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Develop effective digital advertising strategies to generate qualified leads.

- Monitor campaign performance, including CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI, and lead quality.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and campaign optimization.

- Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

- Generate and improve leads for travel packages and other business requirements.

- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team to track lead conversion and improve lead quality.

- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective measures.





- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.

- Assist in developing landing pages, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing creatives.

- Maintain proper tracking of leads and campaign sources.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.

Required Skills

- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

- Solid practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

- Knowledge of keyword research, audience segmentation, remarketing, and campaign optimization.

- Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions.

- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
