Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage paid advertising campaigns and generate leads and conversions for our clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads and be comfortable working with campaign data and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads and conversions based on client requirements.
- Set campaign budgets, targeting, audiences, keywords, and ad placements.
- Monitor campaigns regularly and optimize performance.
- Track CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.
- Work with the Creative and Content teams for ad creatives and copies.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets.
- Identify poor-performing campaigns and make necessary changes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Analyse campaign data and suggest ways to improve results.
- Coordinate with the Client Servicing team to understand client requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest changes and trends in paid advertising.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Positive understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and audience targeting.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and analyse campaign performance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
