Digital Marketing Executive The Alternative Board (TAB) India is part of a global business coaching and peer advisory network that supports business owners and CEOs across 25 countries. We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Gurugram.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, digital advertising, content creation, and working in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Generate leads through paid and organic marketing channels
- Manage TAB India's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages
- Plan and maintain the monthly social media content calendar
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and other social media content
- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, ad copy, email copy, and WhatsApp messages
- Create social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
- Support the growth and management of TAB India's LinkedIn presence
- Promote events, webinars, campaigns, and member success stories
- Respond to comments and messages and actively engage with the online community
- Track and report digital marketing performance, including CPL, ROAS, reach, engagement, followers, and leads
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience




- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is compulsory. Internship or live project experience is acceptable
- Basic understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and current social media trends
- Good knowledge of content formats such as posts, reels, stories, and carousels
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools
- Basic video editing skills will be an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Salary

- Freshers: ₹25,000 per month
- Candidates with relevant experience: ₹30,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives

Important: Candidates must currently be based in Gurugram.
