Green Media India is an event AV and visual production company based in Kerala, specializing in conferences, business conclaves, corporate events, and large-format live shows. The team designs and executes complete technical infrastructure, including LED video walls, sound systems, lighting design, truss structures, rigging, and on-site technical operations. They plan system layouts, manage show control, and ensure reliable execution across multi-session events.

Alongside infrastructure, Green Media India delivers motion graphics, stage content, presentation formats, and immersive visuals tailored for large screens and live environments. The company works closely with event managers, agencies, and corporate teams, with a strong focus on clear planning, disciplined execution, and dependable systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Digital Marketing Executive role based in Kochi.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will manage and grow the company’s online presence across social media platforms, company website, and other digital channels to support event AV and visual production services. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing digital campaigns, creating and updating web content, coordinating social media posts, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to translate project work into case studies, visuals, and marketing assets, as well as maintaining a consistent brand voice.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will also track web analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly social media and digital marketing calendars.
- Create and coordinate posts, reels, videos,



stories and promotional content.
- Promote Green Media's AV, event technology and technical production services.
- Develop campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation and client acquisition.
- Run and monitor Meta/Google advertising campaigns where required.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Sales and Technical teams to collect project content and requirements.
- Cover major events/projects through photos, videos, reels and behind-the-scenes content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, leads and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, messaging and communication across platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan campaigns, manage platforms, and build brand visibility.
- Effective Communication and Web Content Writing skills to produce clear, engaging copy for digital channels.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools, basic design or content creation tools, and familiarity with SEO principles.
- Creative thinking and understanding of current social media trends.
- Organized, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in Kochi.
- Interest or experience in events, AV, or visual production environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Experience in events, AV, entertainment, experiential marketing or technology will be an advantage.
