Webware.ai is looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can turn marketing strategy into campaigns that generate qualified leads, booked meetings, and sales opportunities.

You’ll work directly with Ramona, our Head of Marketing, as her primary partner for execution. Ramona leads the overall marketing direction and priorities; you’ll own day-to-day campaign implementation, contribute strategic ideas, and continually improve results.

This is a full-time remote role based in Mumbai, India.

What you’ll do

Execute demand generation campaigns: Turn marketing priorities into explicit campaign plans, timelines, and launches that drive demand for Webware.ai.

Manage paid advertising: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. Manage targeting, creative tests, retargeting, and budgets within approved plans.

- Create landing pages: Write persuasive copy and build campaign landing pages with clear offers, effective forms, and strong calls to action. Test and improve conversion rates.
- Own lead follow-up execution: Set up and manage email and SMS nurture sequences, CRM workflows, and lead routing. Coordinate timely outreach and sales handoffs so leads move toward qualified conversations.
- Develop campaign messaging and creative: Write ad copy, develop creative briefs, and coordinate or produce assets suited to each platform.
- Contribute to marketing strategy: Research audiences and competitors, identify new opportunities, and recommend offers, channels, and experiments.
- Track performance across the funnel: Maintain conversion tracking and reporting that connects ad spend to lead quality, booked meetings, sales opportunities, and customer acquisition.
- Improve results continuously: Use campaign data and sales feedback to identify where prospects drop off and make practical improvements.

What you bring





- Proven experience personally building and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- A track record of generating qualified leads and sales opportunities through digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience creating landing pages and improving conversion rates.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and follow-up workflows.
- Strong copywriting skills across ads, landing pages, and follow-up messages.
- Confidence with campaign measurement, conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting.
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns, organize your work, and follow through from idea to launch.
- Sound judgment about when to optimize, when to test something new, and when to recommend stopping a campaign.
- Comfort working closely with a marketing leader while taking ownership of execution.

Helpful additional experience: B2B demand generation, SaaS or technology marketing, marketing to small businesses, and short-form video ad creation.
