Kikai Learn is hiring a GenAI & Martech Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training across our GenAI Martech Mastery and Founder Success Club (FSC) programs.We are looking for someone who has both industry experience and teaching/training experience. You should understand how marketing works in the real world and be able to translate that experience into practical learning for students, professionals, freelancers and business owners.

This is a remote role a full-time position .

- Role Details: Trainer

- Engagement: This is a remote role a full-time position. (Location Pune good to have)

- Work Mode: Remote 80% / on site 20%

- Compensation: 4-5.4 LPA (No bar for right candidate)

- Must Have: Industry experience 3-7 yrs and training experience 2-5 yrs

- Joining: Immediate

- Location: Work from anywhere in India , Pune preferred must be wiling to travel to colleges , schools across India if required

- Equipment: Must have a working webcam, laptop/desktop and reliable high-speed internet connection

About the Role

This is not a role where you simply read through a presentation or deliver theory-heavy lectures.

Our learners are expected to build, implement and practice what they learn.As a trainer, you will conduct live sessions, demonstrate tools, explain marketing concepts, review assignments and help learners apply AI and digital marketing to practical business and career scenarios.

You will work with learners at different levels, so the ability to explain concepts clearly and simplify complex topics is essential.

You will not be creating curriculum your sole job will be to ensure students are getting the best experience knowledge and exposure to the most up-to-date technologies and practices in the industry

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Live Training Sessions

- Conduct online live classes and workshops.
- Teach GenAI, digital marketing, Martech and growth marketing concepts.
- Explain concepts through practical examples, demonstrations and case studies.
- Conduct live tool demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
- Encourage learner participation and classroom discussions.
- Handle questions and practical implementation challenges during sessions.

- Teach GenAI + Marketing Applications

- Depending on the program and learner level, topics may include:Generative AI for marketing and business
- ChatGPT and other leading AI tools
- Prompt engineering
- AI-assisted content creation
- AI-powered research and analysis
- Customer and competitor research
- AI for positioning, messaging and strategy
- Social media marketing
- Content strategy
- Lead generation
- Performance marketing fundamentals
- Marketing automation
- CRM and Martech tools
- Analytics and reporting
- AI workflows and productivity
- No-code AI automation
- AI agents and practical business use cases
- AI applications across the marketing funnel

- You are not expected to be an expert in every AI tool available. However,



you should have strong fundamentals and be comfortable learning and demonstrating relevant tools as the ecosystem changes. Proper standardized training will be provided we are looking for somebody who is hyper active self motivated and passionate about teaching

- Mentor and Support Learners

- Guide learners through assignments and practical projects.
- Review learner work and provide constructive feedback.
- Help learners troubleshoot implementation problems.
- Participate in Q&A; and mentoring sessions.
- Help learners apply concepts to their own businesses, careers or projects.
- Identify gaps in learner understanding and provide additional guidance where required.

- Support Practical Projects

- Our programs focus heavily on implementation.You may be required to guide learners through projects such as:Building a marketing strategy
- Creating a content system
- Developing a social media plan
- Setting up analytics
- Building a basic Martech stack
- Creating AI-assisted marketing workflows
- Developing lead-generation campaigns
- Creating automation workflows
- Building portfolio-ready marketing projects

- Contribute to Learning Content - 5% of the total

- Required Experience Industry Experience Minimum 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, growth marketing or a related field.

- Experience working on real campaigns, marketing projects, clients or business problems.

- Good understanding of digital marketing strategy and execution.

- Teaching / Training Experience Previous experience conducting training, workshops, classroom sessions, corporate training or structured mentoring is mandatory.

- Must be comfortable teaching a live online class.

- Ability to explain concepts to learners with different levels of experience.

Candidates who have only theoretical knowledge or only teaching experience without practical industry exposure will not be the right fit for this role.
