Digital Engagement Executive – Mardamed Healthcare Location: Bengaluru | Industry: Healthcare Job Role: Handle patient enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, website & social media. Follow up with leads and patients. Coordinate appointments and confirmations.

Share information about doctors and healthcare services. Maintain enquiry, lead and appointment records. Coordinate with Front Office, Doctors & Operations. Track follow-ups and conversions. Ensure qualified communication and patient confidentiality.

Requirements: Graduate with good communication and follow-up skills.

Basic

Excel and digital knowledge required. Healthcare/customer service experience preferred.
