Youll work primarily with EdTech and B2C brands, producing everything from banner ads to short-form video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design banner ads for Google Display Network, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Create social media graphics optimized for different platforms and aspect ratios
- Create simple animated ads using After Effects (6-15 seconds duration)
- Produce text animations, transitions, logo reveals, and kinetic typography
- Edit short-form video content for social media platforms
- Meet tight deadlines with 2-5 day turnaround times consistently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Figma - Intermediate level for design systems and handoff
- Adobe Photoshop - Expert level for banner design and image optimization
- Adobe Illustrator - Expert level for vector graphics and icon creation
- Adobe After Effects - Intermediate to Advanced for motion graphics
- Deep understanding of digital ad specifications across all major platforms
- Knowledge of file optimization (compression without quality loss)
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Portfolio with 5-10 digital ad campaigns showing multiple platform variations
Bonus Points
- Experience with EdTech, education technology, or B2C consumer brands
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Basic video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Agency or startup experience with rapid-paced production schedules
