Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, ads, and campaigns
- AI-Driven Content: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to enhance content creation, improve productivity, and scale output
- Content Optimization: Optimize content for engagement, performance, and brand consistency across platforms
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns and initiatives
- Content Planning: Manage and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
- Analytics and Reporting: Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and data
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging AI tools, and best practices in digital marketing
- AI Experimentation:



Explore and experiment with new AI tools and workflows to continuously improve content efficiency and output

Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation (social media, blogs, or digital content)
- A strong content portfolio is required. Please include 2–3 relevant work samples (links only) with your application.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools is a solid plus
- Willingness to learn and experiment with AI-driven workflows
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
