Job Responsibilities

- Sort and assort diamonds according to size, shape, color, clarity, and quality.

- Match diamonds accurately as per production or customer requirements.

- Check diamonds for quality, cut, polish, symmetry, and visible defects.

- Maintain consistency in assortments and ensure minimum quality variation.

- Handle diamonds carefully to prevent loss, damage, or mixing of lots.

- Segregate diamonds into appropriate lots and maintain proper identification.

- Coordinate with production, quality control, and sales/merchandising teams when required.

- Maintain records of diamond lots, quantities, and assortment details.

- Follow company procedures for diamond security, handling, and inventory control.

Required Skills





- Positive knowledge of diamond grading and assortment.

- Strong attention to detail and color/clarity identification.

- Ability to distinguish differences in size, shape, color, and quality.

- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
