Job OverviewTagore Medical College & Hospital is looking for a dedicated and skilled Dialysis Technician to provide safe and high-quality renal care to patients. The technician will work under the supervision of the Nephrology team, operating dialysis equipment and ensuring smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, operate, and maintain hemodialysis machines according to established hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, fluid balance, and clinical response during dialysis procedures.
- Perform routine water treatment and RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant monitoring and maintenance as per standards.
- Strictly follow infection control, sterilization, and patient safety guidelines.
- Assist nephrologists and medical staff during routine treatments and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient medical records, treatment logs, and equipment service reports.





Requirements / Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or B.Sc in Dialysis Technology / Renal Dialysis (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a hospital or specialized dialysis unit.
- Key Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of dialysis equipment and water treatment systems.
- Ability to monitor patients closely and respond swiftly to clinical needs.
- Good communication skills and capability to work in rotational shifts.
