- Patient Follow-up & Record Updation.n
- Patient Feedback / Reviews Management.n
- Robust skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette.n
- Experience in care coordination and patient care.n
- Familiarity with medical terminology.n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.n
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.n
