Key Responsibilities:

Cover regional Indian cuisines, traditional techniques, and contemporary practices.
Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and student mentoring.
Contribute to curriculum development, research, workshops, and industry engagement.
Eligibility:
Master’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Relevant culinary industry and/or teaching experience preferred.
Strong expertise in Indian cuisine and skilled kitchen practices.
