Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set, and program CNC Turning & VMC Vertical Milling machines.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, tool/work offset, and fixture setting.
- Create/edit programs using G-code & M-code.
- Read engineering drawings and understand dimensions & tolerances.
- Select cutting tools, inserts, feeds, and machining parameters.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, tapping, milling, and slotting operations.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and programming issues.
- Follow quality, safety, 5S, and production requirements.
Skills Required
- CNC/VMC setting & programming, G/M Codes, tool/work offsets, drawing reading, measuring instruments, and knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controllers.
