About Neosophical Labs

We're an AI venture studio building and growing products across wellness, lifestyle, work, and entertainment. You'll work directly with the founding team on product refinement, brand communication, and launch-ready creative work. Brands you could help shape include Ahoum, God of Content, Butter, LivingHQ, GuruChat, and select partner brands.

About the Role

Most of our products already have strong design foundations and are moving towards launch. You'll refine and complete existing product work, strengthen how each brand communicates, and help turn ideas into clear, polished experiences across product, brand, social, and launch touchpoints.

Some weeks may mean polishing a flow in Figma. Others may involve shaping a campaign, visual story, or launch asset, or exploring an image or video direction with generative AI. The common thread is good design judgement, clear communication, and the ability to adapt your thinking to very different products.

What You'll Do

- Product refinement and polish: Complete remaining UI work, refine existing screens, improve hierarchy and interactions, and build reusable Figma components.
- Brand and communication: Translate product ideas into strong visual systems, launch communication, presentations, campaigns, and consistent brand assets.
- Visual content and storytelling: Create thoughtful social, campaign, and launch visuals that make each product easier to understand and more engaging.
- AI creative workflows: Use generative AI for ideation, images, video exploration, copy variants, and faster execution, while applying your own judgement to the final work.

What You Bring

- Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Sharp communication thinking: audience, message, intent, and what a piece of design needs to achieve
- Hands-on Figma skills,



with a good understanding of UI/UX, flows, components, and prototyping
- A strong eye for digital and social content and visual storytelling, and the ability to adapt ideas across brands
- Practical fluency with generative AI, including image and video tools, prompting, iteration, and judging output quality
- Curiosity, ownership, speed, consistency, and openness to feedback

Nice to Have Adobe or Canva, video editing or motion, experience with generative image/video tools, design systems, photography or art direction, and familiarity with consumer or AI products.

You don't need to have mastered every area. Strong fundamentals, curiosity, taste, and willingness to learn matter most.

- AI-first creative workflows: Use premium AI tools across design, visual exploration, image and video generation, UX, and rapid iteration.
- Direct mentorship: Work directly with the founder, Dr. Faisal Amin, who founded Fruitbowl Digital, one of India's largest advertising agencies, built it to a team of 80+, and led it to Best Agency awards in 2018 and 2019.
- Real ownership: Own meaningful pieces of work across product and communication, take feedback, iterate, and see them through to completion.
- Accommodation (on-site interns): Sea-facing co-living accommodation in Vagator is included.
