Design Manager / Sr. Manager Civil & Interior Projects

Experience: 10-15+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of campus and interior fit-out projects.
- Manage civil, structural, architectural, MEP, faade, and interior design coordination.
- Drive concept, schematic, detailed design, value engineering, budgeting, tendering, procurement, and execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Handle statutory approvals, compliance, documentation, billing (Ariba), change management, testing & commissioning, and project handover.
- Prepare MIS reports, project schedules, and monitor construction progress.
- Manage multiple fit-out, renovation, expansion, and restoration projects.

Required Skills:





- B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Civil, Structural, Interior Fit-Out, Construction & Project Management.
- Experience in Campus Projects, IT Buildings, Commercial Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of NBC 2016, IS Codes, BOQ, RCC, Structural Steel, Cost Estimation, and Value Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with STAAD Pro, ETABS, BIM 360, ANSYS, and other structural design tools.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Preferred:

- Consultancy design experience.
- Successfully completed 3-4 large projects end-to-end.
- Qualified certifications/accreditations will be an added advantage.
