Role Description The Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves designing and developing mechanical and process equipment, components, and systems for projects in sectors such as Dairy, Beverage, Pharma, Industrial, and Oil & Gas.

The Design

Engineer will prepare detailed CAD models and drawings, perform design calculations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.





Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, supporting product optimization, coordinating with manufacturing and procurement, and assisting in troubleshooting design-related issues during installation and commissioning. The role also requires continuous improvement of existing designs and documentation to support standardization and quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Design Engineering and Product Design for industrial and process equipment.
- Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and detailed engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts relevant to integrated systems and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in process equipment, industrial machinery, or related engineering environments is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
