Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – E⁣ to handle Electrical, Instrumentation & Control engineering activities for WTP projects. The role will be responsible for engineering calculations, preparation and review of technical documents and drawings, procurement support, and vendor document review.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare electrical engineering documents such as Electrical Load List, Transformer Sizing, APFC Calculation and DG Sizing.
- Prepare C&I; engineering documents including Instrument Schedule, PLC I/O List, Cable Schedule, Termination Details, Instrument Data Sheets, etc.
- Develop and review engineering drawings such as:
- Power Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Instrument Hook-up Drawings
- PLC System Configuration Drawings
- Interconnection Drawings
- Control Panel & Junction Box Drawings
- Equipment Layout Drawings
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Requests for Electrical and C&I; equipment and materials with complete technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the Procurement/Purchase team for technical requirements and clarifications.
- Review technical offers and provide technical inputs for Electrical and C&I; equipment procurement.
- Review and approve vendor drawings, data sheets,



calculations and other technical documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical clarifications and closure of comments.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Process, Piping, Civil and other engineering disciplines for project interfaces.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are completed within the project schedule and comply with project specifications and applicable standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Electrical and C&I; Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in electrical calculations and engineering documentation.
- Positive understanding of PLC, instrumentation, control panels, JB, cabling and termination.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in vendor document review and technical procurement support.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Control Engineering.
- 5–12 years of relevant experience in E⁣ engineering, preferably in EPC, water treatment or industrial projects.
- Candidates with experience handling projects independently and coordinating with vendors, clients and internal engineering teams will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
