About the Role

Raj InfraCorp (RICH) is looking for a Design Draftsman – Floor Planning & Interiors who has strong practical knowledge of floor planning, AutoCAD drafting, interior planning, 3D modelling, and interior rendering.

We are looking for someone who actually knows the work. A formal degree is not mandatory. Draftsmen, Interior Designers, Architectural Draftsmen, Junior Architects, Diploma/ITI holders, and self-trained professionals with relevant practical skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare practical floor plans based on site dimensions and client requirements.
- Convert design requirements into functional and buildable layouts.
- Create accurate and well-organized 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
- Develop furniture layouts with proper dimensions, circulation, and space utilization.
- Prepare interior layouts and working drawings with practical execution in mind.
- Create basic to detailed 3D models using SketchUp or equivalent software.
- Prepare presentable interior renders using Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
- Read and understand existing architectural drawings.
- Make drawing/design revisions based on project and client feedback.




- Maintain organized project files, drawing versions, and revisions.
- Coordinate clearly with the team through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other office communication channels.

- Doors and windows
- Kitchen and toilet planning
- False ceiling basics
- Basic interior execution
- Architectural drawing reading
- AutoCAD drafting standards
- 3D modelling
- Interior rendering

A drawing should not only look good on screen—it should be practical enough to be understood and executed at site. Software & Office Skills

Required/Preferred:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp or equivalent 3D software
- Any professional rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, 3ds Max, or equivalent
- Basic Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Google Drive and file/folder management
- Qualified email communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
