Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer to manage, analyse, and maintain business data and reports. The role involves preparing MIS reports, tracking key operational parameters, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely information to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.

- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from various departments.

- Maintain and update MIS databases, trackers, and dashboards.

- Monitor project and departmental performance against defined targets.

- Prepare management reports, presentations, and analytical summaries.

- Track project progress, budgets, manpower, sales, procurement, or other operational data as required.

- Coordinate with various departments to collect accurate and timely information.

- Identify data discrepancies and ensure proper reconciliation.

- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and automated reports.

- Analyse trends and provide meaningful insights to management.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports.

- Ensure timely submission of all reports and maintain confidentiality of business information.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF functions, charts, and data analysis.

- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage large volumes of data.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with multiple departments and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech /M.Tech in Engineering

- 5-6 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.

- Experience in the real estate/construction industry will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Proactive and detail-oriented.

- Robust analytical and numerical ability.

- Good command of Excel and reporting systems.

- Able to independently prepare and present MIS reports to management.

- Capable of handling multiple reports and priorities within deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
